Rose gold takes its colour from the copper in the alloy, and that same copper makes it the hardest of the gold tones. The colour goes all the way through, so it never needs re-plating.

Why rose gold wears well
Because the tone comes from the alloy rather than from a surface finish, a rose gold ring keeps its colour for as long as you own it. The copper content also makes it more scratch-resistant than yellow gold of the same fineness, which matters in a band worn every day.
The warm tone stacks well with both yellow gold and white metals, so a rose gold band does not commit you to matching everything else you wear. Morganite, pink tourmaline and champagne-toned stones blend into it; a white diamond sits against it with a clear contrast.

Every ring is made to order in a German goldsmith's workshop and any stones are set by hand. The engraving on the inside is free and delivery is free.
